Emerald Coast Loss Control, Inc. is a professional outsource for Insurance Carriers and their Loss Control Departments. In addition, service is offered to agents who have clients requiring these services or directly to corporations who need risk assessment and risk improvement.
Our Mission is simple. Our staff will provide professional consulting, in a timely fashion, and at a reasonable cost. Our associates have years of experience with major insurance carriers. We are therefore capable of speaking directly to underwriters and company staff on a professional level.
We are fully capable of handling risk assessments for large and small accounts. We do not consider ourselves a “Fee Company” but rather a “Service Provider”. We do all that is possible to become a part of each client’s Loss Control team.
All lines of coverage can be handled efficiently with professional, courteous service. No risk is too large for our consultants. We have completed Property surveys on large accounts including Fiberglass Boat and Mega Yacht Manufacturers, High-rise Condominiums, and some of the largest Convention Centers & sports Arenas in the country. General Liability surveys have been completed on exposures including Manufacturers, Resorts and Hospitality locations, Contractors, and special Outdoor Events and Concerts at the Super Bowl. We have also served as Risk Manager at a large three day music festival and have provided service to several large Sports Arenas around the country including the Verizon Center, Staples Center, and Charlotte Bobcat Arena.
On the other side, we handle underwriting surveys for smaller to middle market insureds, providing all the tools necessary for underwriters to properly evaluate the exposures and control the risk. In all cases, recommendations are made for conditions not up to "best practices" for the operation.
